Q  How long will my order take to process?

A  Orders are normally processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

 

Q  How long will my order take to arrive?

A  Orders are dispatched either via Royal Mail (Delivery timings dependent on service selected) or DPD (Up to 48 hours)

 

Q  How can i check that the item is suitable and will fit my car?

A  Please contact us with your vehicle details and the item you are interested in and we can check for you.

 

Q  If the item I want is not shown in the shop can you supply it?

A  We can supply any Land Rover part or accessory. Please contact us with your enquiry and we will respond with a cost and availability.

 

Q  Do you offer a fitting service?

A  Yes we can fit any Part or Accessory. We are a Franchised Main Land Rover Retailer and have 6 UK Land Rover locations with manufacturer-trained Technicians. Please contact us with your enquiry and location and we can advise a fitted price and our nearest Retailer.

 

Q  Can you Service or Repair my car?

A  Yes, you can arrange a booking for your MOT at all Lancaster Land Rover locations. Licensed and qualified technicians are trained to perform the test, verifying the full working order of your vehicle’s exterior and interior components.  You may make a booking with us by clicking here

 

Q  Are all the Parts and Accessories you supply Genuine Land Rover?

A  Yes we only supply Genuine Parts and Accessories - Due to quality, fit and 2 year Parts Warranty.

 

Q  How do i return an item?
